Withdrawing your Money

Withdrawing your money is as easy as depositing it. We offer a variety of different withdrawal mechanisms, all of which give you secure, efficient and fast access to your money. We will always refund via your method of purchase initially, and then to your chosen method of purchase (PMOP).

Currency Payment

How do I Withdraw my funds?

Pending Status

The Pending Status is there so you can reverse your withdrawal at your convenience.

This pending period is 24 hours, thereafter the cash-in will be in our cash-in management system to be processed by our withdrawals team.
To better facilitate you, we process cashins only on normal business working days (Monday – Friday) to align more with normal banking hours. Therefore, withdrawals made on a Friday or Saturday night will only be processed on Monday.
The weekend pending periods have been extended to make the withdrawal funds available for you to reverse at anytime.
Cashins that complete the normal 24-hour pending period between 12:00 on Friday and midnight on Sunday (GMT) will come out of pending period at 00:01 Monday and then be processed by our withdrawal team.

Please remember that you don't have to withdraw your winnings at the end of each session. You can leave your casino account with a positive balance, which will automatically be saved in the system and made available to you the next time you log in and play. You are able to withdraw a positive balance in your Casino account and receive your money via one of the following payment options listed above.

CFT (Credit Fund Transfer). You can now withdraw funds from your casino account via Credit Fund Transfer, which will transfer money from your casino account into your Visa card.
