- Promotions are valid only to a Player who registers a Real Account at this Casino, which is part of the Vegas Partner Lounge Group of casinos.
- Strictly one Real Account per household is permitted.
- Real Accounts must be registered in a Player's real name. The name of the casino account holder must match the name of the credit card holder. Irregularities between the name of the casino account holder and the name of the credit card holder, on the credit card used to make purchases will invalidate the offer.
- Vegas Partner Lounge Casino Management will be the sole judge of the promotional offer. We reserve the right, exercisable in its sole discretion to discontinue, change or cancel any promotional offer at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice. Any person deviating from the promotional rules may be disqualified.
- Playing at Vegas Partner Lounge Casino's is prohibited to all employees, of the Vegas Partner Lounge and its casinos, including officers or directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers, service providers , other affiliated companies and members of their immediate families.
- Players must be over the age of Legal Majority i.e. Players must be an adult as the term is legally defined in the Player's jurisdiction. In all circumstances the minimum age for entry is 18, but the actual minimum age is determined by a Player's country's laws.
- Players shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to participate in the games.
- Each clause contained in these terms and conditions shall be separate and severable from each of the others. If any clause is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain of full force and effect. All dates and times stipulated in these terms and conditions are based on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), unless otherwise stated.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of casino management will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- Participation in any promotion is subject to acceptance of the casino's General Terms & Conditions.
- Vegas Partner Lounge Terms and Conditions may be published in several international languages for information purposes and ease of access by Players. In the case of any discrepancy between an English and non-English version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall always take precedence.
- If, while playing at this casino, a Player wins a sum regarded by the casino management as worthy of publicity, the Player agrees to make him/herself available for any event of such a nature arranged by the casino. At all times, the casino will do its utmost to protect the Player's privacy.
- By accepting any prize or winnings from Vegas Partner Lounge or any of its casino's, the Player consents to the use of his/her name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. While the casino protects all personal data entrusted to us we reserve the right to use the Players first name and first initial of surname (e.g. Mary J) in any casino announcement regarding promotion results.
- If a Player opts to take the advice or opinion of a contact centre agent, this is their prerogative. In the instance that there is contact centre assistance and a dispute arises, management's decision will always prevail.

- Minimum Wager Requirements
Our Bonus System gives Players more control over their account with a Bonus Account Balance and Cash Account Balance. The Player can convert their Bonus casino credits into Cash casino credits once the wagering requirements have been met. This has many advantages including the following:
- Players can see which credits are Bonus credits and which are your Cash credits.
- Players can keep track of the wagering requirements to know when the Bonus credits become Cash Credits.
- Players can keep track of the different wagering requirements on different games to convert the Bonus credits sooner.
- Know when and how much you can cash in.
- Rules
- A Player's total account balance consists of a cash account balance and a bonus account balance.
- A Player's bonus account cannot be cashed in, but can be used to place wagers.
- A Player's Cash Account may only be cashed in once the balance of the Bonus Account is zero and 100 or more bets have been placed since registration.
- Bonus amounts credited to a Player's bonus account are subject to 30 times (30X) play-through (and 100 bets on the Player's first purchase) before the player may request a withdrawal.
- Take note that some games played may contribute a different percentage of the wager - up to 100%, towards the required wagering:
- Slots, Parlor Games count full (100%) to wagering requirements.
- Table Poker, all Roulettes, Casino War and Sicbo count a quarter (25%) to wagering requirements.
- Video Poker, Craps, Baccarat count a twentieth (5%) to wagering requirements.
- All Blackjacks counts a fiftieth (2%) to wagering requirements.
- Note: The Wagering Requirements are subject to the bonus amount and not the deposit amount.
- As the required play-through requirements are met, funds are automatically transferred from the Player's bonus account to their cash account.
- Play-through is achieved when any real money wager is made. The Player can use either their bonus or their cash account.
- For any wagers made, the wager is deducted from the Player's cash account. If here is no cash available, then the wager is deducted from the bonus account. This effectively means that funds in the Player's bonus account are only played if there is no cash balance.
- Winnings on wagers made from a Player's cash account are credited directly to their cash account. Winnings on wagers made from a Player's bonus account are credited to their bonus account.
- Where crediting a Player's bonus account with winnings would result in the bonus account exceeding the size of the original bonus amount, any excess winnings are credited to the Player's cash account.
- Please Note: the "Gamble" Feature on Slots and the "Double" feature on Video Poker, do NOT count towards wagering requirements. Only initial bets count and any double up instruction thereafter is issued to the Cash Account balance.
- Should a player not meet wager requirements, the casino is entitled to remove the applicable bonus.
- Cashins
- The bonus portion cannot be cashed in, and will be removed from the cash in amount.
- A 24 hour pending period will be imposed for all cash-ins.
- Should the Player decide to reverse a portion of their cash in during the 24 hour pending period, or requests part of the cash in to be token refunded after the 24 hour pending period, the bonus confiscated will not be credited back to the Players bonus account. The Player forfeits the bonus.
- The events mentioned above require the Player to complete wagering requirements. Players must wager the 30x before being allowed to cash-in.
- Bonus events that cannot be forfeited are:

- VIP Bonuses
- The above points are subject to the casino management's discretion at all times.
- Suspicious cash-ins will be audited.
- Scratch Card Rules
All bets on any Scratch Card game are final once the Scratch Card has been issued/purchased. No refunds will be issued prior to or after the Scratch Card has been scratched.
- Progressive Jackpots
The progressives payouts are not regulated by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta.
- Promo Abuse
- Vegas Partner Lounge Casino management reserves the right to determine whether play has been deemed to be promotion abuse even though there may have been compliance with the above terms and conditions. In addition non-compliance with the above terms and conditions shall be deemed to be promotion abuse. As such in both of these cases, Vegas Partner Lounge Casino management has the right at its sole discretion to take the following action against such abusers:
- If identified as a bonus abuser Vegas Partner Lounge reserves the right to deny a Player any download bonus on initial deposits. In such cases, the original deposit will be refunded, however, the Player will not benefit from the bonus-promotion judged to have been abused;
- In certain instances where abuse of bonuses on a players accounts is detected, it may result in the players account being closed with immediate effect;
- Players found to be abusing promotions may be barred from receiving further promotional offers at any of our Vegas Partner Lounge Casinos;
- In the event that the casino deems a Player to have misused a casino account for the exploitation of promotional offers, without ever demonstrating any degree of risk with personal funds or serious intention to play, the redemption of all such promotional offers, including but not limited to sign-up bonuses, will be suspended until such times as the Player demonstrates a purchase history at the casino;
- Vegas Partner Lounge casinos contribute to and make use of a shared industry database of promotion abusers and fraudsters. Individuals known from this database will not be eligible for any promotional offers and the casino reserves the right to lock their account and refuse access to the casino;
- Information on known promotion abusers may be forwarded to Proc-Cyber Services (PCS), our e-cash partners and may result in such Players being barred from receiving bonuses at any other casino using PCS.
- Multiple Accounts
- Inter-Account Transfers
- An Inter-account Transfer can only be made between two of your own existing accounts, within the same Casino Group. Inter-account transfer requests must be done in writing.
- As a Player at Vegas Partner Lounge, you are not allowed to make an Inter-account Transfer to other accounts that are not registered in the Player's name.
- The Player will need to submit full documentation to the Cashier before a money transfer is initiated. Full documentation refers to APRs, Identification documents, Utilities Bill, a copy of the Back and Front of your Credit Card (if applicable). These documents would need to be submitted if they have not previously been submitted.
- Vegas Partner Lounge reserves the right to reject any Inter-account Transfer request or to reverse any Inter-account Transfer upon suspicion of a breach of any of the Terms and Conditions.
- The player must acknowledge that when requesting an Inter-account Transfer that it is only for the purpose of playing at Vegas Partner Lounge Casinos on an active account.
- Cross Play
- Cross play is enabled across all Vegas Partner Lounge Casinos.
- Through Cross Play, Players may use any existing account number to log in to any other Vegas Partner Lounge casino and experience a different brand's look and feel.
- Any bonuses credited while utilizing Cross Play will be based on the account number and casino that you used to log in. E.g.: A Player playing at Casino A using their Casino B account number will receive the advertised Casino B bonus and not that of Casino A. To receive Casino A's bonus, Players are required to register a new account at Casino A.
