About EGT Interactive

EGT Interactive is an online casino gaming company that offers a wide portfolio of online casino games. They offer online pokies, video poker, keno, and roulette games. Using Flash technology, their games are available through PC clients and mobile devices. Their selection of online pokies offers standard and video pokie games ranging from 5-line to 100-lines.

Through the use of the EGT Multigame Server (MGS), online casinos can forge a direct connection with EGT. As a result, they can offer EGT’s library of games without having to develop new online casino software. This reduces cost for online casinos while providing a quality online gambling experience to players.

EGT is also a partner with iSoftBet, so you may already be playing some of their games on Australian online casinos offering iSoftBet products. The majority of EGT Interactive’s partners are presently in Europe.

Casino Gaming Not Available in Australia

While this is a huge win for Lottoland, it will not have an immediate impact on Australia players. Lottoland does not hold a license to offer online casino games in Australia. For now, players will have to settle for trying to win big money via their lottery-style games.

You may remember that Lottoland recently won their lawsuit against the ACMA regarding their Jackpot Betting games. The courts ruled their Jackpot Betting games were not a game of chance. It is based on events, which is legal under Australian gambling law.

This will be a welcome addition for players in other regions as Lottoland is famous for providing massive jackpots. Back in June 2018, a German gambler took down a jackpot of €90 million. The jackpot was later confirmed by Guinness World Records to be the largest online gambling jackpot in history.

Lottoland holds a license in Australia by the Northern Territory’s Racing Commission. It is also licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and the Republic of Ireland National Excise License Office. It’s also licensed by the Government of Gibraltar, the Malta Gaming Authority, and the Swedish Gambling Authority. The company presently offering online lottery and online gambling products in 15 markets, serving approximately 10 million customers worldwide. They have a staff of over 350 employees and are looking to continue expansion in regions where online gambling and lottery are legal.
